"I had all the extras you can get including roadside assistance, car towing etc. To find out when I needed to have my car towed yesterday it wasn't actually on my policy as someone forgot to check that box and I am now $178 in the hole having to have my car towed which should have been covered, getting a new tire $180 which is my cost out of pocket and labor to be determined as it is in the shop now, to get a new tire put on. I shouldn't have had the towing just the tire and repairs.

When I talked to agent on the phone and in office I have always verified everything was correct and in the end I paid the price. Poor customer service and am NOT happy right now!!!!"
